Do capsules do the same thing as drinking the vinegar?
Not identical, and we won't pretend otherwise. A capsule gives you the same measured amount every time; liquid varies by bottle and by how you pour. What capsules avoid is acid sitting on your teeth — the most common complaint about drinking it.
How do I know what's actually inside?
Every bottle carries a batch number. Enter it on our site and you get the independent laboratory's report for that specific batch — identity, potency, heavy metals, microbials. Not a generic certificate, not last year's paperwork.
Will this hurt my teeth the way liquid vinegar does?
That's the main reason people switch. The capsule passes the mouth intact, so acid never contacts enamel. Take it with a full glass of water and stay upright afterwards — same as any capsule.
How long before I notice anything?
We won't give you a number, because anyone who does is guessing. That's why there are 30 days — take it for a month, and if nothing changed for you, we refund it and you keep the bottle.
What's the difference between Boost and Detox?
Boost is apple cider vinegar extract. Detox is freeze-dried pear fruit vinegar. Same standard, different fruit — some people prefer one, plenty take both. Full panels with amounts are on each product page.
Can I take it every day?
Each bottle is one month at the labelled serving. If you take medication or have a stomach condition, ask your doctor first — vinegar is acidic and interacts with some prescriptions. We'd rather say that than sell you a bottle you shouldn't take.
